IMPORTANT TIPS: Please Read

A parent or legal guardian must input their information FIRST
Then choose the ‘Add a Household Member’ option to add anyone under 18 who will be in the facility
Anyone over the age of 18, have to create their OWN profile i.e., spouses and children over 18
DO NOT start the process with a child’s information. The system recognizes that they are a minor, and you will need to start over. An adult MUST input their information FIRST.
